WHERE IS THE florida vacation home rental LOCATED?
It is located in the Grand Reserve Development within 5 miles of the Walt
Disney World entrance. Guests will need to go to Property Management Home's
office for registration and/or to pick up the key to their home.
DOES THE florida vacation rental HAVE CABLE TELEVISION?
The Villa has basic cable. There are no movie channels and pay-per-view
is not available. The Villa has 2 televisions (one 32 inch) a Sony Playstation
2, DVD and 2 VCRs. and a Hi Fi System
WHAT ARE THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY'S OFFICE HOURS?
Open from 9:00 am to 7.30 pm Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, are
open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you will be arriving after hours, the
keys to your home and directions will be in the lock-box located in front
of our management company's office. Upon confirmation of your reservation,
We will send you directions to the Property management's Vacation's office
as well as the combination to retrieve both items. Someone is always on
call to handle situations.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THE HOME SLEEP?
The Villa will sleep two people in each bedroom, plus two people on a
sleeper sofa, for a maximum total of 12. This represents the MAXIMUM number
of guests permitted in the home due to State Fire Regulations and includes
all people regardless of age or size.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON SMOKING AND PETS?
The villa has a no smoking, no pets policy. Any evidence of guests smoking
in the villa or pets will result in immediate loss of your entire security
deposit.
WHERE'S THE CLOSEST SHOPPING CENTERS / GROCERY STORES?
The Villa is located in within 5 minutes of Publix on at Champions Gate.
Directions: When exiting Grand Reserve take a left on Ronal Reagans Parkway
1st right onto Lake Wilson Road to traffic lights turn left (Publix is
at the end of this road). Guests may elect to have a Welcome Food Pack
in the home upon their arrival. The food packs are especially useful for
those who may be arriving late in the evening. Please ask for an optional
services sheet for details and pricing.
WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE HOMES AND WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
The Villa is furnished and fully equipped. There are two sets of sheets
for each bedroom and two sets of towels for each bathroom.All kitchen
utensils and equipment is provided including, plates, cups, glasses, silverware,
pots and pans, bake ware, and plastic pool dishes.There is a hair dryer,
iron and ironing board and washer and dryer in the Villa.The Villa equipped
with small hotel soaps and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for
your comfort upon arrival. This limited amount is provided to you by our
management company; however, replacements are your responsibility during
your stay. It is not necessary that you replace these items before your
departure. Please note that we do not provide dishwasher or laundry detergent
IS MAID SERVICE INCLUDED?
The Villa is self-catering. The home will be clean upon your arrival and
will be cleaned once again upon your departure. The Villa is outfitted
with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, vacuum and mop.Our management company
will gladly provide daily or weekly maid service for an additional fee.
Contract this with them directly during your stay, before your stay we
will arrange it for you.This can be arranged directly with any of our
mangement team staff at check-in.Please refer to the option services price
sheet for details.
WHAT ARE THE FURNISHINGS LIKE?
The Villa has upgraded an Florida Style furniture package and a beautiful
coordinated d¸cor. The Villa also has two televisions, a Sony PlayStation
and two telephone extensions, a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a
2 VCRs. It also has an alarm system for your protection.
HOW DOES THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WORK?
A $200 security deposit is required, regardless of the duration of your
stay.A $200 cash deposit will be required, which will be refunded by mail
within 30 days of departure.
IS THE POOL HEATED?
The pool has pool heat available. Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED in the rental
rate. Pool heat cannot be switched on until we have received full payment.The
pool will take approximately 5 to 8 hours to heat up to a temperature
of 80 to 82 degrees.
WHAT ARE THE VILLA'S BEDDING ARRANGEMENTS?
Master bedroom has a king size bed opening to the pool. A second bedroom
has a queen bed opening to the pool.The Third Bedroom hasa a Queen Bed.
The additional rooms have twin beds in each.. bed. There is a queen size
sleeper sofa in the family room.
WHAT TYPE OF PHONE SYSTEM IS IN THE VILLA?
The Villa has one telephone number (2 extensions) for outgoing and incoming
calls. Local calls and select 800 numbers to local attractions airlines
& rental car companies will be free of charge. Calls to Orlando, long
distance or international calls will be blocked, which means they can
only be made with a credit card or a calling card. Your credit card number
can be entered into the villa phone at the beginning of your stay. The
phone will then work normally for all calls. It will automatically charge
long distance calls to your credit card.
